As for the recipe of Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Honey Soup, it goes like this.
Drumsticks, thighs, and white meat of one larger chicken (without skin)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of “ordinary” mustard
3 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper to your taste
1 large carrot
1 small leek
1 tablespoon oil
2-3 large cloves of garlic
250ml chicken soup
2 tablespoons thickener
Preparing Instant Pot Chicken Soup
Chop the meat into bite-sized pieces, then put it in an instant pot – pressure cooker. Add to the rings sliced carrot and leek, chopped garlic. Separately combine mustard, honey, oil, and spices, then pour into the pot. Pour the soup. Close the instant pot, turn it on, and cook for 20 minutes. Unlike standard express pots, the Instant Pot does not squeak or emit steam during cooking. At the end of the cooking time, follow the instructions for use, open the lid, then add the thickener mixed in very little cold water (1-2 tablespoons) and stirring, cook until it thickens, a minute – two. Serve with pasta or other side dishes.
