Barbecue Ribs Recipes

To prepare the dish you will need the following ingredients (Ingredients mentioned here are as per my dish).

  • Pork Ribs (Country Styled)– 2½ pounds
  • Black Pepper (Ground)– 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
  • Barbecue Sauce – 1 cup
  • Salt – 2 tbsps

Directions

Step I:

Take one large pot with a sufficient amount of water covering the ribs placed on it. Now marinate with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Boil the water to cook the ribs till they turn soft.

Step 2:

Next preheat your oven at 325°F (165°C)

Step 3:

Finally, take out ribs from the pot and keep them in baking dish (9*13) inch. Pour BBQ sauce above and cover it with an aluminum foil. Bake the ribs in preheated oven till the temperature turns 160°F (70°C) or (1 – 1½) hours.

For this dish, you will require (Ingredients mentioned here are as per my dish).

  • Baby Back Ribs – 2 Racks
  • Chicken Broth (Low Sodium) – 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar – ¼ Cup
  • Black Pepper (Ground)& Kosher Salt
  • Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsps
  • Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
  • Onion Powder – ½ tsp
  • Dried Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Chili Powder – 2 tbsps
  • Barbecue Sauce – 1 cup

Directions

Step I:

Make a mixture of oregano, onion powder, salt (1 tbsp), black pepper (1 tsp), chili powder and brown sugar, garlic powder, and cayenne on a tiny bowl. Once you have mixed the ingredients Rub it nicely to your ribs fully. Cover the ribs and keep in refrigeration for one whole night.

Step 2:

Preheat your oven at 250°F. Take a roasting pan and mix broth with vinegar well. Once you have done it add the refrigerated ribs (Take out the ribs at least an hour before putting in the pan). Cover using aluminum foil tightly and then bake for at least 2 hours. Place the ribs on a plate and liquid into a saucepan for the boil. Put the knob on a seam and cook till it lessens to half. Now add BBQ sauce into the liquid. Stir well.

Step 3:

Preheat the outdoor grill at medium-high. Place the ribs on a grill from the plate and cook each side for nearly 5 minutes (You will notice the color is turning brown and charred a bit). Sticky Oven BBQ Ribs

Look if you have these ingredients (Ingredients mentioned here are as per my dish) at home:

  • Pork Ribs – 2½ pounds
  • Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder – 2 tbsps
  • Cayenne Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Olive Oil – 2 tsp
  • Barbecue Sauce – 1 Cup
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 1 Cup

Directions

Step I:

Although many people prefer eating these ribs with membrane yet tastes better after removal. So in order to remove the membrane, you need to follow the steps given below:

  • Turn the ribs with the side of the bone-facing upwards
  • Hold a blunt knife carefully below the membrane one side of the rib
  • Lift the rib a bit to lose the skin off from the bone
  • Use one paper towel sheet to hold into the skin and peel the ribs off
  • The membrane needs to come in a single piece

Step 2:

After you have removed the membrane marinade the ribs with the blend of the ingredients (mentioned above).

Step 3:

Arrange the ribs on a baking tray already foiled with aluminum sheet. Bake the ribs for 2 hours then add the Barbecue sauce over the ribs with a spoon or better if you can use the brush. Grill for additional (2-5) minutes to make the edges of ribs charred and crispy.

Pork barbecue ribs recipes

Pork BBQ Ribs

Note down the ingredients (Ingredients mentioned here are as per my dish).

  • Pork Ribs – 2½ pounds
  • Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder – 2 tbsps
  • Cayenne Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Barbecue Sauce – 1 Cup
  • Apple Cider

Directions

Step I

Rub the pork ribs well. Now marinate the pork ribs with garlic powder, cayenne pepper and chili powder and keep it in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

Take a saucepan and put the oven on seam. Use Apple Cider (You can use other options as broth, beer and apple juice or simply water) for cooking. This is an important step to cook the pork barbecue ribs recipes. Ensure to cook slowly to make them juicy and delicious.

Step 3:

Add the Barbecue sauce with a brush or spoon over the ribs and then bake until it gets cooked fully with. Also, check if the sauce has properly stuck into the ribs.

Ingredients (Ingredients mentioned here are as per my dish) for Easy and fall-Off-The-Bone barbecue ribs recipes you will need are:

  • Pork Ribs – 2½ pounds
  • Black Pepper (As per taste)
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar – 2 tbsps
  • Hot Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup – ½ cup
  • Cumin – ½ tsp
  • Onion – ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

Step I

The first obvious step is removing the membrane from the ribs (mentioned above). Season all the sides of pork ribs with pepper and salt nicely.

Step 2

Take a big-sized roasting pan and rim the whole with a baking sheet. Cut the ribs half and place the meat facing upwards. Cover the baking sheet or pan using aluminum foil till the meat comes out of the bone say for (3-4) hours.

Step 3:

Take out the ribs and remove the aluminum foil. Brush all the sides with BBQ sauce and bake in oven for around (3-4) minutes. But keep a check so that the sauce doesn’t burn.
